We are excited to have you join us in Burlington, Vermont for this year’s conference, “Reimagining Our Journey Together.” We look forward to a transformative experience as we collaborate, learn, and take action on the issues of poverty and inequity. The conference will take place on March 27 & 28, 2025, and we are pleased to partner with Hilton’s Hotel Champlain, located at 60 Battery St, in Burlington, VT, to provide you with a comfortable and convenient place to stay during the event.

Room Rates for NECAP Attendees

  • Single/Double Occupancy (1 King or 2 Beds): $149 per night
  • Taxes & Fees: Room rates are subject to taxes and a $25 Urban Destination Fee, which covers premium Wi-Fi, access to fitness facilities, seasonal sports equipment, and more.

Group Reservations
To secure the conference rate, please ensure your room reservation is made by March 5, 2025. After this date, rooms will be available at prevailing rates, subject to availability.

Additional Concessions for NECAP Attendees

  • Self-parking fees included in your daily charge

Take Interstate 89 to exit 14W to get to the town center, or exit 13 on Interstate 189 to get to the south end of town. 

You can also take US Route 7 from Bennington, Massachusetts, and western Connecticut.
